Stoford sets its sights on the South West

Back to News

Stoford has acquired a gateway site in Bristol City Centre to develop a new regional headquarters for Simplyhealth.

The Birmingham based property specialists will be submitting a planning application later this month (October) to develop Redland House, a former NatWest bank overlooking the picturesque Downs, into 60,000sq ft of offices with a proposed start on site next spring 2011.

It is Stoford’s second Scheme in the South West in less than six months following their appointment by the Co-operative Group to build a £35million regional distribution centre, employing around 1,000 people.
