Stoford has celebrated three decades in business with a special anniversary celebration at The Grand Hotel, Birmingham.
More than 300 guests attended the event on Thursday 10 September, including clients, investors, funds, consultants, professional advisors and supply chain partners who have worked with the commercial property developer over the course of its 30 year history.
The evening was hosted by Stoford Joint Managing Directors, Daniel Gallagher and Matthew Burgin, together with Directors Gerard Ludlow and Alex Morgan, and featured live music, including a surprise performance by former Spandau Ballet lead singer Tony Hadley.

“Our anniversary was a chance to celebrate with many of the people who have been part of Stoford’s journey over the last 30 years. We are hugely grateful for their support and for the relationships we have built along the way, and we are looking forward to the next chapter for the business.”
Stoford has delivered more than 30 million sq ft of commercial development since the business was established in 1996, initially making its name in the office sector before becoming a nationally recognised developer of industrial and logistics accommodation.
The business has successfully developed schemes in sites nationwide, including more than 1.2 million sq ft of commercial space at Worcester Six Business Park and the £250 million Icon Manchester Airport scheme, which transformed a 45-acre site into one of the highest quality logistics destinations in the UK.
More recently in Birmingham, the company completed the transformation of the historic Tea Factory at its 10-acre Typhoo Wharf scheme in Digbeth, which will become the BBC’s new home in the city.
Headquartered on Ludgate Hill in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, Stoford employs 25 staff across development, construction, strategic land and planning, finance and support services.
