Redditch Gateway is an exciting logistics manufacturing development extending to approximately 78 acres, strategically located on the eastern fringes of Redditch, only 2.5 miles from Junction 3 of M42. Unit A is a 552,000 sq ft warehousing building for Amazon located to the North of the site and was completed in October 2021. Funding for the site was secured with Royal London Asset Management.
Phase 2 Redditch Gateway South has been speculatively developed providing circa 450,000 sq ft of Grade A B2/B8 warehouse across two buildings of 160,208 sq ft and 286,328 sq ft. The scheme reached completion in January 2024 and was forward funded by Blackbrook Capital.
