Pantheon Park

Stoford purchased the site in 2014 with our joint venture partner Bridges Fund Management. The site was heavily contaminated and required demolition of the former ironworks and remediation. Stoford secured LEP funding to fully remediate the site and subsequently developed out the site with funding from Royal London for 247,000 sq ft of highly specified B2/B8 accommodation across 3 units. This scheme is now fully let to Super Services Ltd and Crown Workspace. 

Stoford secured planning consent for a new car showroom and subsequently sold 4 acres to Arnold Clark. Lok’n Store also purchased 1 acre of land fronting the Wednesfield Way. 

The development has generated significant investment for the region and brought a contaminated brownfield site back in to economic use.
