Leading commercial property developer Stoford has strengthened its team with three new appointments and the promotion of two existing employees as the business continues to invest in talent and support its future growth.

Joining Stoford as Finance Manager is chartered accountant Joe Laird. He joins from Prime Accountants Group and will be responsible for managing finance across the company’s nationwide development portfolio, reporting to Chief Finance Officer Rob Bayliss.

Stoford has also strengthened its support team with two early-career appointments. Abbie Pearce joins as Administrator, while Finn Ellison has been appointed Graphic Designer.

Alongside the new appointments, Stoford has promoted two members of its Land and Planning team in recognition of their contribution to the business.

Stacey Green has been promoted to Associate Director. Since joining Stoford in 2021, she has played a key role in identifying and progressing opportunities within the company’s development pipeline. Stacey brings almost 20 years’ experience in the planning sector, having previously worked with several local authorities and planning consultancies.

Rhiannon Williams has been promoted to Assistant Land and Development Manager as part of an expanded role within the business. She will also become Stoford’s first apprentice, studying for a BSc in Real Estate Management at The University of the Built Environment alongside her role, as she continues her professional development.
