Leading developer Stoford has appointed a new Planning Manager as it looks to expand its commercial investment opportunities across the UK.

Stacey Green joins the business from planning and design consultancy Barton Willmore in Birmingham, where she was Planning Associate.

She has more than 14 years’ experience in the planning sector, having worked with local authorities including Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Bromsgrove District Council and planning consultancies.

In this newly created role at Stoford, she will work with the expanding in-house land and planning team identifying new sites for our development pipeline. 

Stoford currently has more than £600 million worth of developments and over 1.5 million sq ft currently on site across the UK.
